A BIT OF HISTORY

The Leader of the Pack and the regiment are riding Indian Chief 340B motorcycles.

The soldiers pictured were members of the 9th Armoured Regiment and were counted among the ranks of the 5th Canadian Motorcycle Regiment when it was formed in July of 1940. This picture was taken in Esquimault, B.C.
